Most of us know that we should eat healthier and exercise more, but it's hard to make the change and feel like we don't have the willpower to do it

Like most people who want to make changes in terms of health and fitness, Deena Duke had the same problem. She’s was eating everything she wanted and however much of it, with little to no movement. Although even tho she knows at the back of her head that she wants to get fit, wanted to be stronger, and be at the next level of fitness. However, she could never take it there.

But changing one's eating habits and exercising doesn't have to be hard. There are a lot of simple changes anyone can make that will help make it easier for them to stick with a healthy diet and exercise routine. As Deena become part of True Core and start doing the program, she felt that she got more control over her life in general. She already has the mental and emotional state to grab what life throws in. The thing she loves with the program in True Core is not counting calories, and tracking everything, because before she felt pressured when doing this kind of thing which is also discouraging.

Deena can already have 30 minutes of exercise, made herself a really good two to three meals and she’s looking forward for the next days. One of the biggest changes Deena noticed after joining True Core is she got a sense of pride. It means that she feels proud of even the little things she does. 

It's hard to make a change, especially when it comes to something as deeply ingrained in our daily routine as eating and exercising. For many of us, the prospect of making a change is daunting, and we find ourselves without the will to follow through. But changing our habits doesn't have to be overwhelming. By taking things one step at a time, and being patient with ourselves, we can gradually make the changes we need to improve our health. And once we see how much better we feel, it'll be easier to stick with those new habits for good! 

Change is something to be scared of because you are not going to be the same person in the end, but things will get better and you will grow.
