Over the last 15 years, we have found that workouts are only ONE PART of creating a lifestyle change.  Most people tend to need a little more than just 3 hours a week of exercise if they want to change their habits, routines, and most importantly their MINDSET!

So many people we have worked with have stumbled, fell, and never got back up because they didn't believe they could. They said "well I tried this whole fitness thing and I didn't make it very far, so I give up." 

Well, that is because they needed a COACH.  Someone to walk along side them and help them back when they stumble.  Someone to believe in them until they believed in themselves.

At True Core we address the deeper issues of WHY our client want to make a change in the first place.

We work them to  build out the life they want; body mind & spirit 

Most importantly we walk along side them until they get there.  

It's not just counting reps and giving out a meal plan.  That doesn't work. That won't last.

In order to have a REAL TRANSFORMATION we need to address the deeper issues.  

What will change in their daily lives if they finally lose that weight?
How will their relationships improve if they have more energy?
What will their self-esteem look like when they can finally have pride in who they see the mirror

We work 1-on-1 with our clients to build individualized programs that empower their BEST SELVES come out, possibly for the first time in decades.

For Tim that looked like being more present and available for his family

Rylee saw her mental health improving significantly while becoming a more positive happier self

For Mike that meant finally developing daily habits that made him more productive at work - while seeing his body composition change back where he was 20 years ago!

We work 1-on-1 with our clients to build an individualized program specifically for THEIR GOALS and THEIR DREAMS.  Outlining exactly to help them become their BEST SELVES

If we only focus on the fitness part of the equation, we are doing them a disservice
