Sandy Elwood: Finding Motivation with True Core

Sandy feels stronger and more confident in her weight training and noticed that she has more energy and is more productive! She also gets up earlier in the morning and goes to bed earlier; she’s getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying hydrated. True Core's weekly check-ins made this possible by encouraging and motivating her to do so. Plus, the exercise has helped to mitigate her work stress, which also helps her positively manage yet another aspect of her life.
